-May melt in extreme temperatures. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

-We are not responsible for any damages or replacements due to misuse or loss of smell.

-Once the product is out of my hands and with USPS you will need to contact USPS regarding your order. If item is lost you will need to contact USPS and file a claim with them.
